After sultana drama series came to an end yesterday 28 June 2023, and last episode of the season 2 of the show was premiered many people have been in dilemma and asked themselves what next after sultana, but finally the next drama series called Becky is going to take over after sultana.
The show as been produced by Jiffy picture , a film production company owned by Rashid Abdalla and his wife Lulu Hassan, the film production that also produced the previous drama shows such zora, Maria and the latest one Sultana.
The set up and the story line of the show evolve around a royal family where by a lady at her early 20s by the name Becky has been employed in the family as the house girl, She later fall in love with the son of the family but the royal family didn’t accept their son to be with Beck in love due to Becky’s poverty status. The family search another girl for their son and plan a wedding leaving Becky in frustration.
Some of the cast in the drama series is Lucy Maina who will be the main actress in the show play the role of Becky, Trisha Khalid who previously appeared in Kovu Maisha Magic series and Chantelle the baby mama to one of the biggest cinematography in the country J Blessing among many other actors and actresses.
