17-year-old forward Instin Simiyu has been named the Most Valuable Player of the 6th Edition of the Cleo Malala Super Cup. He takes home a cash prize of Ksh 50,000.
The prolific teenager has already amassed an impressive list of accolades:
1. 2024 KSSSA Football Boys Top Scorer
2. Joint Top Scorer at the Costa Daurada Cup in Spain, where he also helped the Talanta Hela Select Team win the tournament.
3. Played a pivotal role in leading St. Joseph’s Boys Kitale to a third-place finish in the Kenya Secondary School Games, earning them their first-ever qualification for the East Africa Secondary School Games.
4. Represented Kenya at the World Secondary School Championships in China.
