Mwanahasha Johari as passed through a hard life in her early life, she was born i 1990s in Tanga Tanzania, her parents passed on when she was only seven months. She was rescued by his uncle and her Aunt and raised her in Coastal region of Kenya.
The Aunt together with his uncle were not well off , this makes mwanahasha Johari to continue passing through a hard life. Mwanahasha Johari together with his Aunt were forced to hawk mangoes in the streets of the coast in order to carter for their basic need. Sultana was later taken to a ophanage where she got a better life .
Sultana while in primary and secondry school she used to participate in music festival and drama , this help her to sharpen his acting skills while still young. Apart from her being an actress she is also a model , this help her to gain more courage in acting.
