Johanna Ngeno was born on 12th December 1972 in Narok county; attended Mogondo Primary School before proceeding to Maseno School for his secondary education.
He later went to Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in Kyiv, Ukraine, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Law.
Upon his return home he got an LL.B from Mount Kenya University and a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Nairobi.
He was first elected a member of parliament in 2013 representing the good people of Emurua Dikirr aged 40yrs; he retained his seat in 2017 and in 2022 he was elected for his third term.
In 2018 aged 45yrs he married the love of his life Nayianoi Ntutu niece to Narok Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu.
The two have been together for eight years in marriage and blessed with 2 beautiful daughters.
