- Nairobi County (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Affects major areas in the Eastlands region, including parts of Komarock, Kayole, Mihango, and Quarry, alongside local business centers and markets.
- Laikipia County (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM): Covers Nanyuki Town, various local estates (Thingithu, Muthaiga, Likii, Milimani), institutional facilities like Laikipia Air Base and Nanyuki High School, and commercial hubs.
- Garissa County (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Impacts numerous residential areas (Bulas such as Bula Mzuri, Hodhan, and Modika) as well as vital infrastructure like Garissa University and local hospitals.
