Eliud Wekesa, a 42 years old man from Bungoma county in Tongaren who is famously known as ” Yesu wa Tongaren” as been trending on social media since he started calling himself Jesus.
So many people all over the country have been pushing the agenda, that Yesu wa Tongaren must be crucified like Jesus Christ in the bible and because he believed to be the true Jesus Christ he will be resurrected on the third day like Jesus Christ .
Yesu wa Tongaren said according to his understanding Easter is not supposed to be celebrated in April, because April according to him is a month of killing. He is going to spend his three days through fasting and praying, where by he will be having a mass on Saturday and biblical teachings on Sunday.
Jesus of Tongoren said his Easter feast will be in the month of July but not April, and he is praying about it and arranging a big celebration.
He was asked if he is not worried about being crucified, he responded by saying he doesn’t fear anything because he will be resurrected on the third day. He said there are some people who came at his home with a cross, hammer and six inch nails ready to crucified him, but they him praying and due to his supernatural power they ran away.
