“I told my husband to impregnant my younger sister and allow me to remain his wife but he insisted on divorcing me,” Barren Woman tell the Court.
The marriage couple have been together as husband and wife 21 years trying all means applicable in order to get a child but all were in vain. The have pray to God and seek medication from different doctors all those years but nothing happened.
The 49 years old woman tell the Court, after many years of looking for a child with his husband but all were in vain, she decided to tell her husband to have a child with his younger sister and retain her as the wife but her husband refused to take the deal.
” my Lord have gone to different places and take different concoctions, all to no avail. I had told my husband to go out and impregnate any younger girl and all me still remain his wife but he insisted on divorce . Where do i go at my age” the Woman said.
The man who had already paid pride price of Sh 25, 000 to his in-laws said, he will not tell them to return back the pride price but keep it despite divorcing their child.
The man at his side tell the Court he had remain with only 9 years to retire as the civil servant but he don’t have any child, he is tire.
“I have just 9 years to retire from civil service. I don’t have any child. I am exhausted in this marriage. I have try my best to have atleast a child but all attempt have failed. Separate us, my Lord.” The man told the court.
